Unexpected is hard to describe without experiencing it. It is an art venue, concert hall, wedding chapel, speakeasy, photo studio, film lot, playground, fashion spot. Over a city block long we house all kinds of amazing spaces, support local artists, craftsman, photographers, videographers, agencies, and random others.

We are here to be a part of the community. In our 16 months we have hosted over 300+ events, meetings, concerts, festivals, business seminars and more. We are proud to support Creative Connect and host for April.
